Job Description & Requirements
A Power Supply Design Engineer that will join our R&D team. The role includes end-to-end development of power supply systems and analog power boards – from concept to final product – including design, simulation, prototyping, optimization, and lab testing.
Requirements:
✅ At least 2 years of experience in power electronics design ( DC-AC, DC-DC converters, and PFC ).
✅ Proficiency in thermal and electromagnetic performance analysis and EMI reduction techniques.
✅ Skilled in circuit simulation tools: Matlab, PSpice, SIMetrix, LTspice.
✅ Experience working with advanced power components: GaN, SiC, MOSFET, IGBT.
✅ Proficiency in schematic and PCB design tools: Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, OrCAD.
✅ Familiar with power supply standards and compliance (IEC, UL, EMI/EMC).
✅ B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – with a focus on power electronics preferred.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Expert with experience in the Analog and defence industry to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee quality and regulatory operations, ensure compliance with applicable standards, and lead projects with internal teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in Quality Assurance (QA).
Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) including:
* Supplier control and audits
*Quality goal performance tracking
*Production trend analysis
*Management review preparation
*ECO, MRB, calibrations, failure investigations, etc.
✅ Perform internal and supplier audits for Quality Systems, products, and processes.
✅ Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and objectives.
✅ Report project progress and escalate issues to management as necessary.
✅ Lead QA activities in compliance with applicable regulations.
✅ Manage relationships with clients.
✅ Contribute to design control processes including Design Transfer and V&V.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
✔ Prior experience managing QA/RA teams.
✔ Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
✔ Hands-on experience with QA/QC processes: CAPA, MRB, ECO, RMA, SCAR, etc.
✔ Strong project and team management skills.
✔ Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects effectively.
